We are the Rutland Robo-Rattlers, a Lego robotics team that was created in 2013. We work with Lego Mindstorms EV3 robots and program them to do certain tasks on a map. We also have to do a presentation based on the topic of the year.

We traveled to St. Louis Missouri last April to compete in the First Lego League World Competition. We learned a lot and met teams from around the world! Thank you to all the people who donated and helped us be the first FLL team to represent Vermont in the World Championship. We couldn't have done it without you!

WHAT IS FIRST LEGO LEAGUE ROBOTICS?
It is a robotics program for 9-14 year old kids to learn, build, present and compete in a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) focused program. FIRST is an organization that focuses on promoting STEM with kids of all ages. LEGO is the company that kids know and love around the world for their exciting and innovative blocks. Together, they started this program that is exciting, fun, and very educational!
